John J. Assalian, Chief Executive Officer
John J. Assalian is Chief Executive Officer of Viewstream, Inc., a digital marketing company, formed in 1999 as an extension of Mr. Assalian's previous Internet company, Dasein. Mr. Assalian offers two decades of experience in the media technology business, beginning with computer application development for the Department of Veterans Affairs in San Francisco. Mr. Assalian founded Viewstream to provide clients with a combination of comprehensive marketing services built on cutting edge technology solutions. Viewstream's marketing expertise has served technology industry clients, including Autodesk, Microsoft, Cisco, Sony, HP, Nokia, as well as startups and private firms. Mr. Assalian graduated Phi Beta Kappa with degrees in Economics and History from Binghamton University, and has shown his creative video work in film festivals worldwide.

Russ Granger, Chief Technology Officer
Russ Granger was working in Streaming Media long before Streaming Media were words. He has led technical teams on hundreds of websites and webcast events around the world for clients ranging from Microsoft to Cisco. Russ also has worked with music pioneer IUMA.com, guerilla webcaster 1stbyte.com and streaming media company Webcast Soultions.

Rob McLay, Vice President of Creative
Rob McLay has over fifteen years experience in the interactive design world. In 1998, he worked as Senior Designer for Publicis, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. Building on his agency experience, Rob has leant his services to many large accounts in the technology, financial and bio/pharm industries, including Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo, HP, Oracle, Genentech, Intel, Cadence, Visa, and others. Rob’s "new school" design approach is medium agnostic, working with all digital forms such as typography, bitmap graphics, vector artwork, photography and video.

Tom Jagger, Vice President of Account Services
Tom Jagger has been creating advanced media projects since 1989. He came to Viewstream from Comstock Media, a premier digital media solutions facility headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. There, Tom produced and managed media content for clients such as Heinz Foods and Westinghouse Electric Company. Tom is also well-versed in building large-scale post-production operations and managing media solutions projects from concept through team implementation.

Nadir Hussain, Vice President of Search & Analytics
Nadir Hussain is an Internet and Search Engine Marketing expert specializing in paid search campaign optimization. He is both Google and Yahoo certified for their Internet Ad services.

Overall, Nadir has over fifteen years experience that includes Search Engine Marketing, Internet Marketing/Analytics, and software development. In addition to startup experience, Nadir has been a Director in eBay's Technology group, a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, and a Software Engineering Manager at IA Corporation. His education comprises an MBA from UC/Berkeley, a MSEE from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from UC/Santa Cruz.

Joel Yabrudy, Creative Director
Joel Yabrudy arrived at Viewstream with over seven years experience in creative design, interactive development and 3D animation. A graduate from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, Joel has been both lead developer and creative director on a variety of motion graphics and interactive projects for companies such as Microsoft, Sony, Xerox, Intuit and Autodesk.
