John J. Assalian, Chief Executive Officer
John J. Assalian brings a strategic focus to marketing, honed over fifteen years of customer acquisition and brand building experiences with a range of entrepreneurial and market-changing businesses. As CEO of Viewstream since 1999, Mr. Assalian has built a marketing firm that conceives, develops and engineers content marketing strategies for leading brands, including Autodesk, Microsoft, Sony, HP, as well as a range of startups and SMEs in the high tech industry. Graduating with triple honors in Economics from Binghamton University, Mr. Assalian has presented at various technology and marketing conferences, worked on the world's first search engine designs and shown his creative work in film festivals worldwide.
Joshua Shane, Vice President of Business Development & Strategy
Joshua Shane is a recognized business development and marketing authority with executive management experience in hardware, systems and software. As Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, Joshua brings over a decade of expertise in Technical Computing to design and drive B2B marketing partnerships and campaigns. Prior to joining Viewstream, Joshua was the Principal for his technology marketing consulting company ElbowSpeak, where for the previous five years, he has consulted for startups as well as technology companies such as Microsoft, Tyan and Cray. Prior to consulting, Joshua was Director of Marketing at Orion Multisystems, OQO, Evergreen Technologies, as well as marketing manager at Transmeta Corporation.
Joel Yabrudy, Vice President of Creative
Joel Yabrudy brings ten years of award-winning creative experience in digital design. A graduate from the Academy of Art College with a BFA in Computer Arts, Mr. Yabrudy has been both lead developer and creative director on a variety of content marketing projects for companies such as Microsoft, Sony, Xerox, Intuit and Autodesk.
Russ Granger, Chief Technology Officer
Russ Granger brings two decades of experience in media, marketing and communication technology. He has led technical teams on hundreds of websites, marketing systems and webcast events around the world for clients ranging from Microsoft to Cisco. Russ focuses on strategic consulting accounts, media delivery and enterprise marketing systems.
Tom Jagger, Vice President of Content Production
Tom Jagger has over twenty years experience managing marketing communications initiatives. Mr. Jagger has managed accounts, from planning through implementation to delivery, for clients such as Westinghouse Electric Company, Autodesk and Microsoft. Tom graduated with Honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Telecommunications.

Johnny has over twenty three years of sales, marketing and creative experience. He has developed, written, directed and produced hundreds of award-winning programs with rich-media and interactive capabilities — supporting ongoing brand marketing and high growth sales campaigns at dozens of leading corporations worldwide, including Autodesk, Sony, and HP. Johnny continues to innovate and break the mold of entrepreneur, marketing pioneer and storyteller — and one thing his clients will agree on is that "...he keeps it fun and gets it done!" Johnny started Good Company Communications in 1991 — and continues to produce and partner with leading corporations and executives worldwide — bringing his brand of creative, high value, growth and sales driven marketing along with him. As a VP of Sales, Johnny works with Viewstream's largest accounts to ensure successful long-term growth strategies for our clients.
Don Horton, Vice President of Business Development
Don Horton is an experienced business professional with hands on experience in creating start up ventures, managing companies as a CEO and who possesses a sales and marketing background with a particular understanding of the needs of emerging businesses. Don has specific expertise in working with the construction sector and the outdoor industry. He is focused on helping companies develop a web presence and marketing identity through use of the ever-expanding application of digital media. When not pursuing opportunities in the field of digital marketing solutions, Don is a licensed fly fishing guide and a member of the Pro Staff for Scientific Angler and Winston Rod Company.
